Covers Puzzle Museum apps made by Millstone Studios, starting with Sudoku at the Museum. We're a very small studio, so support is best-effort — but we read every message and reply as quickly as we can.
For bugs, questions, or feedback about any Puzzle Museum app, email support@thepuzzlemuseum.app. Please include your device model and OS version if you're reporting a bug — it helps us reproduce the issue faster.
Millstone Studios is a very small team. We aim to reply within a few business days, but as a small studio we can't guarantee a fixed response time. Thanks for your patience.
I lost my puzzle progress. Progress and hint balance are stored on your device and can sync across your Apple devices via iCloud when you are signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled for the app. Reinstalling without iCloud, signing out of iCloud, or restoring from an unrelated backup can clear local progress. Purchases are separate — see below.
Can I restore a purchase? Yes — use Restore Purchases in the app's Settings screen, signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Purchase status is not stored in iCloud; it follows your App Store account. Where Family Sharing is enabled for a product, household members can access a shared purchase under Apple's rules.
How do I redeem a code? If you have a Millstone redeem code, enter it in Settings. Redeem codes are optional and separate from App Store purchases and Apple offer codes.
How do I request a refund? Refunds are handled by the app store you purchased from, not by us. On iOS, request one via reportaproblem.apple.com or your purchase history in the App Store.
Can I suggest a feature? Please do — email us. We read everything, even if we can't reply to every suggestion individually.
